MPEC Edulink is also the Representative Office for St. Petersburg & Moscow Tertiary Institution. The responsibility to ensure, only qualified students being admitted to these reputable institution is collossal. A firm believer in holistic and well rounded education, with a sense of humanity. University MPEC is a very unique collaboration, may or should change if not challenge traditional understanding about Life Long Learning.
